Your card will have a temporary hold for the full quote amount. We check material and delivery availability before accepting your order and charging that amount. If we cannot fulfill the order, we cancel the hold.
What happens next?Once your card hold is confirmed, USA ROCK reviews your order. We will email you after the order is accepted or declined. A quote or unfinished card step does not submit an order for review.
If an authorization is canceled, your bank may take additional time to remove the pending hold or update available funds. An immediate bank update is not guaranteed.
