Cancellation & Refund Policy

Canceling your order

Cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your confirmed delivery window to receive a full refund or release of your card authorization.

Cancellations received after that cutoff, but before material is unloaded, are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation fee of 20% of the material and delivery subtotal, excluding tax. The remaining balance will be refunded, with applicable taxes adjusted as required.

All deadlines use the delivery address’s local time. For example, a Tuesday delivery window beginning at 8 a.m. has a cancellation deadline of Sunday at 8 a.m.

Orders without a confirmed delivery window may be canceled without a cancellation fee.

Email usarockproducts@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation. The time your email is received determines whether the fee applies.

Delivered material — all sales final

Once the ordered material has been unloaded at the approved delivery location, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds for delivered bulk material, including excess quantities ordered. Pickup or removal is not included.

If USA ROCK cancels

If we cannot fulfill your order, or we change the confirmed delivery schedule and you decline the new schedule, you receive a full refund or authorization release without a cancellation fee.

Receiving your refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the refund or released authorization appears on your account.

Mandatory applicable federal and state law controls over a conflicting policy term. Nothing in this policy waives nonwaivable consumer rights or requires a cancellation fee that applicable law prohibits.
